This end-user licence agreement is a legally effective agreement between you (either as natural person or a legal entity ) and the developer of the abovementioned software product as stated on http://www.blueseal.eu (blueseal.eu) for the above-mentioned software product.

By installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you declare that you are bound by the provisions of this licence agreement. If you do not agree to the provisions of this licence agreement, you are not entitled to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected both by copyright laws and by other laws and agreements concerning intellectual property. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed but not sold.

GRANTING OF LICENCE This licence agreement grants you the use of the abovementioned product provided that the following rights are respected:
A. COPYRIGHT: The ownership and copyright in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including all components contained in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, in the accompanying printed material and in each copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT lie with blueseal.eu or his/her suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright law and international copyright provisions. For this reason, you are obliged to handle the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other material protected by copyright.

B. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In spite of the most meticulous programming, blueseal.eu does not claim freedom of error. Blueseal.eu grants no guarantee or warranty in respect of the results achieved through use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT or otherwise for other damage arising through it.
C. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
The law of the country of residence of the author, as stated on http://www.blueseal.eu/, shall apply, in any case the law of a country of the European Union. The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the author, in any case a place in the European Union.
